Custom Aggregated APIs
In the Wandz API Builder, you have two modes:
- Raw Data – already provides rich capabilities, letting you fully customize and fetch any data of interest at the raw event or session level. This gave teams a lot of flexibility to pull detailed insights directly from Wandz.
- Aggregated Data – on the other hand, was more limited. Until now, you could only fetch Daily Sessions in aggregate, without the ability to shape it to your own needs.
Based on client requests to ingest aggregated insights directly into their data warehouses and tools, we are excited to introduce the ability to create customized Aggregated Data APIs — DIY style!
With this upgrade, you can now define your own aggregated queries, such as:

- Sessions performing a specific event.
- Sessions with a certain affinity (brand, category, color, etc.).
- Any combination of actions and attributes.
This takes the Aggregated API from a fixed view into a flexible, self-serve pipeline for structured insights — empowering you to enrich your CRM, BI,
and marketing platforms with exactly the data you need.
