Events Based on Adaptive Search Experiences

Until now, you could create Events based on: 

  • Page elements – when specific HTML elements were clicked, viewed, or appeared
  • Wandz Interactions – when interactions were shown, clicked, or closed 

Now, you can also track:

Adaptive Search – whether it was shown or clicked 

What It Enables:

  • Smarter audience building – Include or exclude visitors from audiences based on how they engage with Adaptive Search
  • Better campaign targeting – Trigger campaigns and experiences based on meaningful search interactions
  • Stronger measurement – Track the real impact of Adaptive Search on performance 

With this update, you can make your Adaptive CX even more adaptive—by using search intent as a real-time signal.

New Targeting Option: Page Title

You can now target Interactions based on Page Title — in addition to Section and URL. This is especially helpful when URLs aren't semantically structured or consistent. 

You can use it now both in WHO TO TARGET and in WHAT TO MEASURE! This feature was requested by many of our clients to have richer functionality for adaptive targeting. Use it to reach the right audience, even on complex or dynamic page structures — and craft smarter, more adaptive experiences.

Edit Thresholds for Classification Prediction Models in β€œPublished” Mode

Edit Thresholds for Classification Prediction Models in “Published” Mode 

You can now edit the “True/False” threshold of a Classification Prediction Model that is already in “Published” mode — without retraining it. 

What’s new? 

Until now, adjusting the threshold was only possible right after training, before publishing the model. Starting today, you can revisit any “Published” model and fine-tune the threshold based on its actual results — dynamically deciding the cutoff point above which the model predicts “True.” 

Why it matters: 

This enhancement allows our clients to:     

  • Instantly adjust prediction logic without starting from scratch
  • Refine audience definitions and activations with precision
  • Make their customer experience even more adaptive to changing business goals

Generative Insights

Now powered by Wandz’s Self-Learning Proprietary Model  We’re excited to announce that from this release onward, Wandz Generative Insights runs on our own proprietary model, built with an embedded Reinforcement
Learning mechanism.

What’s new

Our model continuously trains on client data in real time, learning from every question, every answer, and every feedback (like/dislike). It automatically finds the best match between the current question, the dataset, and the most relevant previously validated Q&A — to generate the best possible response on the spot. This should lead to a dramatic improvement in quality and contextual precision for all users.

How can you help the model get even better?     

  1. Keep using Likes+Dislikes for Chats – thumbs up/down after each chat trains the engine.  
  2. Tag Our Clients' Data – add clear titles and descriptions to every data element or activation you create. The model uses these too
  3. Use & share – the more we (and our clients) use it, the faster it improves.

New Prediction Model Type: Regression Models Are Here

We’re excited to introduce the next generation of prediction capabilities on our platform: Regression Models! As you know, our Classification Models allow you to predict whether a specific outcome will occur during the customer journey—like visiting a certain page, showing interest in something, triggering an event, or joining a specific audience. 

With Regression Models, we’re taking it a step further. These models allow you to predict numeric values, not just yes/no outcomes.
 
This opens up a wide range of possibilities—such as:

  • How many page views a user is likely to have in a session
  • How many sessions a user is expected to return for
  • How many items they might add to their cart
  • Or any numeric value you care about in your customer journey
