Regression Models

New Prediction Model Type: Regression Models Are Here

We’re excited to introduce the next generation of prediction capabilities on our platform: Regression Models! As you know, our Classification Models allow you to predict whether a specific outcome will occur during the customer journey—like visiting a certain page, showing interest in something, triggering an event, or joining a specific audience. 

With Regression Models, we’re taking it a step further. These models allow you to predict numeric values, not just yes/no outcomes.
 
This opens up a wide range of possibilities—such as:

  • How many page views a user is likely to have in a session
  • How many sessions a user is expected to return for
  • How many items they might add to their cart
  • Or any numeric value you care about in your customer journey

Trigger JS Code Based on Session Events

We’re excited to roll out a powerful new capability that gives you even more control and flexibility in shaping the customer experience. Until now, you could run JS code based on frequency—like once per interval, page, or session. 

Starting today, you can also trigger code execution based on specific events happening during the user journey. Whether it’s a product being viewed, an element being clicked, or a particular audience condition being met—your logic can now fire exactly when it matters most. 

This enhancement was requested by several of our clients, and we’re thrilled to bring it to life. It unlocks smarter, more dynamic experiences—and it’s available now in your account.

Set Events Based on HTML Elements Exist or Viewable On Page

Trigger Custom Events from Page Elements Now supporting Element Existence and Viewability.

Until now, Custom Events could be triggered in two primary ways: 

  • User clicks on HTML elements
  • Engagement with Adaptive Interactions

We’ve now expanded these capabilities. You can trigger Custom Events based on whether specific HTML elements exist on the page or become viewable (i.e., enter the user’s viewport). This unlocks more advanced behavioral tracking, precise targeting, and context-aware automation.

What’s new:

  • Element Exists: Trigger events when a specific feature, block, or component is present on the page.
  • Element Viewable: Ideal for scroll-based engagement or visibility-driven actions.

This enhancement works seamlessly across all your Adaptive Experiences—enabling smarter, more responsive customer journeys.

Create Multiple Adaptive Interactions for the Same Visitor Journey

Run Multiple Adaptive Interactions in a Single Session 

Until now, our platform has supported one elected Adaptive Interaction per visitor session, ensuring that only the most relevant experience was delivered to prevent potential clashes. But based on valuable feedback from clients—including specific use cases where one interaction is needed in the top or mid-funnel and another at the bottom—we’re excited to introduce Independent Decision Mode. 

With this new capability, you can now configure an Adaptive Interaction to make its election independently of others. This allows multiple interactions to run during the same session, each optimized for its own context and placement—without interference. 

What’s new?     

  • Adaptive Interactions can now be set to Independent Decision mode
  • This enables multiple interactions to run concurrently in different funnel stages.
  • It unlocks new orchestration strategies, giving you more flexibility and control.

You can now add KPIs for activations that measure changes in AI Features, whether they are pre-built by Wandz or custom ones you’ve created. This opens up new ways to measure the effectiveness and ROI of your activations. For example, you can track the portion of visitors who open another tab following an Interaction you launched, giving you more insightful data on user behavior and engagement. 

AI Features in Prediction Models: 

You can now use AI Features in the Prediction Models you create in Wandz. This allows you to predict if a certain AI feature—either provided by Wandz or a custom one—is going to change to a specific value. This enhancement adds to the richness and power of the prediction models, enabling you to make more accurate forecasts and data-driven decisions.

Share With Your Teams

This feature enables seamless collaboration by allowing you to share specific pages or sections of the platform with clients and stakeholders—whether or not they have a Wandz.ai account.

For the first time, clients can share these pages internally with team members, including those outside the platform, promoting broader alignment and transparency.

How it works:

  • Sharing with Wandz.ai Members Only
     Grant access exclusively to logged-in Wandz.ai users. Anyone without credentials will be blocked, ensuring strict content control and data security.

  • Sharing with Non-Members
     Enable external access via a secure, public link. Logged-in users retain full access to the platform, while non-members view the shared content in an interactive, read-only mode—with no ability to edit, delete, or navigate outside the shared section.

This functionality empowers smarter, more inclusive collaboration—without compromising platform integrity or data governance.
