Custom Priority for Interactions

Override automatic decision-making when multiple Interactions are eligible. Override automatic decision-making when multiple Interactions are eligible You can now set Custom Priority levels for your Interactions, giving you more control when several are eligible to show at the same time.  

By default, Wandz’s Adaptive Engine selects the best option based on performance and traffic balancing. But with Custom Priority—High, Higher, or Highest—you can manually ensure critical campaigns or time-sensitive messages take precedence when needed.

Share direct links to specific elements inside the Wandz platform. You can now generate deep share links that take teammates directly to specific areas of the Wandz platform, such as tabs, modals, or targeted data elements like audience logic, event configurations, or Affinities.

Instead of linking only to full pages, you can guide others to the exact section that requires their input, making collaboration and troubleshooting faster and more precise.

Suggested, Auto-generated Affinities Surfaced From Your Data

Enjoy auto-generated terms surfaced from your data as candidates for affinities. We’ve launched Suggested Affinities— a new way to uncover relevant, high-potential terms detected across your site that don’t yet exist in your affinity taxonomy.

These suggestions are automatically extracted from real visitor behavior, including URLs, page titles, and on-page content, and come with volume data to help assess their impact.

Granular Test Group Stickiness for Interactions

As you know, our experimentation framework is designed to be dynamic — assigning users to test groups on a per-session basis to maximize randomness and explore more behavior patterns.

However, for specific use cases — especially those focused on longer-term behavioral change or ROI measurement — some clients have requested that we support user-based test group stickiness.

We’re happy to announce that this is now available.

In the interaction settings, clients can now choose whether test group assignment should refresh each session (default), or persist at the user level. This helps ensure that users consistently experience the same variant across multiple sessions — leading to more coherent journeys and better data for long-term impact analysis.

This feature adds a new layer of control to testing strategies, giving product and marketing teams the precision they need when experiment continuity matters.

LiveQA Links for Specific Activations

We’ve just rolled out the ability to generate a dedicated LiveQA link for any specific activation. This makes it significantly easier for clients to test and review individual experiences when multiple are in a LiveQA state.

Until now, QA testing required manual filtering or toggling through multiple live experiences. With this new feature, a QA link can be created directly from the action menu of any activation. Clicking the link will immediately open the relevant experience — no confusion, no distractions.

To further streamline the QA process, we’ve introduced a “Force Show” flag. This allows the experience to be displayed even when the targeting rules (Who, Where, When) are not met — perfect for testing edge cases, timing validations, or audience-specific setups.

This feature was designed with flexibility and clarity in mind, and we believe it will make LiveQA a more powerful and user-friendly tool for teams running complex activation strategies.

Archiving Activations

With the growing volume of activity on the platform — especially across Adaptive Experiences — managing the lifecycle of activations has become more important than ever. In many cases, clients have activations that are no longer in use but still appear in the table, cluttering views and making it harder to focus on what’s relevant.

To address this, we’ve introduced activation archiving.

Clients can now archive any activation that is no longer needed, effectively removing it from their main workspace. This helps ensure that the Activation management table remains clear, current, and focused on active or upcoming campaigns.

Archived activations are still accessible for historical reference and can be restored if needed — but they’ll no longer interfere with day-to-day operations.

This small but powerful improvement helps teams maintain a clean, navigable view of their active experience set.

Reminder-First Interactions

We’ve added a new configuration option to support Reminder-first interaction flows — a feature driven entirely by client feedback 🎉

In this mode, when a user meets the targeting rules for an interaction, they are shown only the reminder badge or prompt, rather than the full overlay.
The complete experience is displayed only when the user clicks the reminder, enabling a more subtle and respectful form of engagement.

This is especially useful for:

  • Brands seeking a lighter, less intrusive way to promote actions. 
  • Specific campaigns where attention should be gently earned, not demanded. 
  • Use cases where reminders serve as low-friction nudges toward a more complex interaction. 

Importantly, the analytics model aligns with this flow — clicking on the reminder is considered an engagement with the interaction itself, ensuring accurate performance tracking. This new interaction pattern provides more creative and strategic flexibility, allowing clients to tailor their engagement tone to the moment and the audience.

What It Enables:
