More Granular Affinity-Based Audiences
Until now, audiences could be built based on whether a visitor had an affinity to a specific category.
Many of our customers asked to go one step further: not just if an affinity exists, but how strong it is.
You can now create audiences based on affinity thresholds — for example, visitors who showed affinity to Accessories more than 5 times, or below a defined level.
This unlocks far more precise segmentation and enables smarter, intent-driven actions across personalization, messaging, and optimization use cases.
