Support for Multiple Languages
We now have dictionary models built for: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and the infrastructure we have built allows us to support any language quickly.
A few important notes:
- The end-user will always get keywords in his/her own language (it goes by the keyword that is detected in real-time)
- The categories in the platform remain in English for now - for simplicity - but visitors will not get them if they speak non-English languages - it's only for the simplicity of the keywords management
- In order to see/edit the keywords in the other languages, click on "Edit" menu item on the category and edit the keywords
- We populate all the keywords automatically, using our models, and you can of course edit them - as always
- In the Adaptive Search experience builder - we merged Categories & Keywords - to simplify the creation process and to avoid cases where different languages clash - so you'll have them combined from now on. Our algorithms will choose what's best to show in order to achieve optimal KPIs.
